What is being Healthy to You?

Sitting thinking about that question what does health mean to me, so many questions swirling in my head.

The saying or quote pops in to my head – “Health is Wealth” – (don’t know who said this to give credit to them)
But that is not the only quote there are many so here are a handful –

What is being Healthy?
What do I need to do to be healthy?
Does your environment affect your health?
What affects my health?
Can clothes and items I wear affect my health?

When it comes to health there is so many broad questions, but as being people have we installed so many bad habits into our daily lives that affect our health? and why is that?
Do we get so lazy that being healthy becomes so much harder?

I think with health it is more confusing in a modern world than it ever has been, and to be healthy we reflect with costing too much money, but then being unhealthy costs money to if you need operations, treatments etc.

If you look at the world, everyone and every culture is different and inside that so is health everyone has a different way to keep healthy their is no one size fits all kinda of thing, is that because of modernism that we just leave traditions, or don’t instill traditions into the next generation because of time constraint’s, or we just don’t know, haven’t been taught.

If Health is our wealth that is given to us, shouldn’t we know how to look after it, instead of fad’s, diets, and guessing, but then would that limit our options on product choices and not make us individuals?
